All of these rectangular sheepskin rugs are made from Australian and New Zealand sheepskins, known to be some of the softest, thickest and most luxurious sheepskins in the world. Although they make for breathtaking accent rugs, lying or sitting on one can truly be an unforgettable experience!
These"bordered" sheepskins were made by New Zealand's renowned G.L. Bowron & Co., the world's leading manufacturer of fine sheepskin products. Each one was at least 2 inches thick and were some of the most luxurious sheepskin rugs found anywhere. Originally, each color came in 4 different sizes: 2x3, 3x5, 4x6 and 6x9 feet.
The work involved in producing these sheepskins was so intricate ands labor intensive that the production cost was much greater than what most people were willing to spend. Even though Bowron no longer manufactures the colored ones, our importer still has a few colors and sizes left. Fortunately, the "white on white " is still available in all 4 sizes.
Shipping will be whatever UPS charges. Your order will indicate that the shipping is "0", however, we will add it separately once the size is determined. Please call us before you order to find out what the shipping will be.
