You are certainly in for a treat, especially if you have never seen or felt a "mink" blanket before. As "mink" blankets and bedspreads go, our blankets are some of the softest, prettiest and most luxurious in the world! You simply will not believe how plush and beautiful they are!
Unfortunately, words and pictures will never reveal this. You simply must touch and “experience” one for yourself to fully appreciate what we are saying. The incredibly soft, plush acrylic fibers, the rich, vibrant colors, the beautiful designs, the luster and the sheen of the material...all in the same blanket help to make our blankets truly unforgettable.
What are Mink Blankets?
Mink blankets are not what their name implies. They have nothing to do with real mink fur or any other fur. Instead, they are made out of some sort of synthetic material, primarily acrylic.
The Koreans and Chinese started the whole trend of soft acrylic blankets and even came up with this term, "mink blankets". Even though the material is a synthetic acrylic, and not actually real "mink", they called them "mink" blankets to conjure up the image of something very, very soft.
And that they are! Good quality mink blankets are very plush and luxurious!
No Other Company has as many Beautiful Designs with as many Breathtaking Colors!
There are other nice mink blankets around. Most companies will in fact have at least one or two very nice blankets. However, most of these companies will have a very limited selection of designs with the majority being made up of uninspiring flower designs. Other than a common lion and tiger design, and maybe a horse or some other common design, most companies simply don't have many other designs to choose from.
Not only is the selection poor with most other companies, but the rich, vibrant colors that most of our blankets have, simply are not present in lesser quality blanket lines that often have very plain and drab colors. Most will lack the luster and vibrancy that most of our colors demonstrate.
Unlike the vast majority of other companies, our company on the other hand doesn't have just one or two very nice mink blankets, we have many, many different designs, all with rich, vibrant colors.
Though other blankets may be soft, no other blanket lines will compare in overall softness, exquisite, vibrant colors, beautiful design work- all in the same blanket!
The vast majority of Korean or Chinese "mink" blankets cannot compare; Mexico's San Marcos of Novatex blankets cannot compare; not even the blankets from Ibena, Beiderlack or Fingerhut can compare overall to our blankets.

Seven Different Solid Colors in "One-Ply" and "Two-ply" Mink Blankets
We have seven different solid colors in our "one-ply" mink blankets and three different solid colors in our "2-ply" mink blankets.
The majority of our blankets are "one-ply" blankets and weigh around 8 1/2 pounds. Our "two-ply" blankets weigh around 12 pounds. These come from only the best manufacturers in Korea, China and the Middle East.
We have many more "one-ply" blankets than "two-ply" blankets because most people consider anything heavier to be uncomfortable. As a side note, even though are blankets are very warm, they are light enough weight to be used year round. "Two-ply" blankets are simply too heavy for year round use.
"Mink" Blankets are not All Created Equal
All "mink" blankets are not created the same. Although most mink blankets are made out of some sort of acrylic, that's where the similarity ends. There is a vast amount of difference between the cheapest acrylic and the most expensive acrylic.
In addition, most blanket manufacturers will have at least two different grades of blankets, a low end grade and a premium grade. For some bizarre reason, the vast majority of the U.S. companies selling mink blankets generally carry their manufacturer's lower end quality line.
Most companies sacrifice quality for price!
This is the main reason that one may find blankets for less. However, the savings in price is drastically outweighed by the fact that these cheaper blankets can't compare in softness or durability to our premium grade blankets, especially after they are washed.
We carry only the Best Quality Blankets
We refuse to sacrifice quality for price. Yes, our blankets may be higher than others but we would rather apologize for price one time than apologize for quality for the life of the blanket.
It's the Fiber!
What makes most of our acrylic mink blankets so plush? It's the fiber! The quality of a blanket is mostly determined by the quality of its fiber. Even the blankets in our economy blanket line has far superior acrylic than what most other companies sell as their premium line.
The manufacturers that we buy from, whether they are in Korea, China or the Middle East all use the very best acrylic.
The acrylic fiber in most of our animal and flower designs is produced by the world famous Bayer textile Company in Germany, maker of "Dralon" acrylic, internationally known to be some of the finest blanket acrylic in the world. (Bayer textile Company is actually a subsidiary of the Bayer Aspirin Pharmaceutical Company.)
One of our Chinese companies imports not only their acrylic, but also their machines from Japan. As with Germany, Japan is known to produce some of the world's best blanket acrylic. The same thing applies to our top Korean companies. They too use the highest quality acrylic in their blankets.
They Will Stay Looking Like New!
The proof of this superior acrylic is in the "washing", what the blanket looks like after it is washed multiple times. Whether or not a blanket looks new after multiple washings is one of the main characteristics of superior blankets. All of our blankets, whether the ones in our premium line or our economy lines, will look like new even after many, many washings.

Many of our blankets will actually get softer!
As a side note, many of our mink blankets will actually become softer once they have been washed. Many blanket manufacturers apply a starch-like substance to the acrylic to facilitate the manufacturing process. Washing removes this substance, leaving a softer blanket!
We have a Dilemma!
Unfortunately, one simply cannot "feel and experience" the beauty and softness of our mink blankets by simply looking at a picture? We can only say that we have never had anyone return one of our mink blankets because it wasn't as nice as we said it was.
The few times that customers do return them, it is because of size or color, and not because of quality. As a matter of fact, the vast majority of our customers say that they are even nicer than what we have described!
